Our Routers have heavy-duty welded frame consisting of thick walled profiles, that provides a rigid construction able to absorb vibration.

High quality Linear Guideways with Self-Lubricating Cartridge can achieve a long life with high speed, high accuracy and smooth linear motion..

4 Rows Linear Guideways are designed with load capacity and rigidity higher than other similar products with circular-arc groove and structure optimization. It features equal load ratings in the radial, reverse radial and lateral directions, and self-aligning to absorb installation-error.

Rolled High Precision ballscrews provide the most smooth and accurate movement, together with low drive torque, high stiffness and quiet motion with predictable lengthened service life.

Self-Lubricating cartridge greatly extends the maintenance period and have Ideal lubrication position. The lubrication point is located inside the ball nut allowing for the lubrication to be firmly applied onto the ball tracks.

For cheap router we use high torque and high speeds compact dimensions 3 kW power spindle motors with collet shaft. Cooling is provided by a proprietary fan which rotates at spindle speed or by an electric fan independent from motor speed.
For middle and high-end 5-axis CNC routers we use Air-cooled or Liquid-Cooled Automatic tool change Electro-spindles. Power beginning from 7.5 kW up to 12 kW.

Both type of spindle motors are suit for machining wood, plastics, aluminum, marble and glass for use in jobs ranging from routing, drilling and sawing to cutting, boring and grinding.

The control over cheap 5 axis CNC router with stepper motors is carried out by Mach3 controller allowing to handle programs up to 10 million rows of NC code.

For middle and high-end 5 axis CNC routers we use High-Class CNC Control Systems for Premium Applications Fanuc 30i. Worlds most common most reliable - a Mean Time Between Failure of more then 10 years for a solution. Spare parts availability at least 25 years after stop of production.
